Yoga helps anyone exercise and expand the flexibility they have. In yoga, you start where you are and go from there. Yoga probably provides more benefit to someone with less flexibility to begin with.
Perhaps you didn’t like it, or were sore afterwards, or perhaps you were even injured. Every yoga teacher and every class will be different, so maybe give it another try, and think about the following when you go:
